We want you to have your own Te Wai fine-mist hydrating facial spray as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Please be advised that due to Te Wai being a Made To Order product, we will advise you when product will be available when you place an order.
How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery timings will depend on your location. Orders from New Zealand will typically be shipped within 1-2 business days. International deliveries can take from 7-14 business days.

Before you return any item/s please contact us fires to let us know why the item is to be returned. The item must be returned to us undamaged in original packaging in a re-saleable condition before we can provide an exchange or refund.
You must pay the price of postage for any item retuned for an exchange or refund. It is advised that you use a traceable method of delivery, as we cannot accepts responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post. We cannot accept responsibility for any returned products until they are received by a member of staff at New Zealand Fresh Water Limited.
