Payments

No goods shall be dispatched without payment and payment must be received at the time of placing an order.  

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, we can offer an exchange or full refund, provided the request is made within 7 days of the original order being placed. In the event that you need to return an item please follow the steps below:

  • Before you return any item/s please Contact Us first using our online form or by email: tewai@tewai.co.nz to let us know why you wish to return the item. 

  • The item/s must be returned to us in a resalable condition and in their original and undamaged packaging before we can provide an exchange or refund.

  • You must pay the price of postage for any item returned for an exchange or refund. It is advised that you use a traceable method of delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post. 

  • We cannot accept responsibility for any returned products until they are received by a member of staff at New Zealand Fresh Water Limited.

The item/s must be returned as soon as reasonably practicable and within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please send your item/s to:

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original purchase. The original cost of shipping to you will not be refunded.

Claims

Claims arising from damage, delay or partial loss of goods in transit must be made in writing within seven working days of delivery. 

New Zealand Fresh Water Limited will be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made and if required goods must be returned in original packaging for examination. 

Cancellation Rights

You are reminded that you are entitled to a full refund on cancellation even though the product may not be faulty in any way. You must inform us in writing (email). A refund will be made as soon as possible after you cancel and in any case no later than 30 days.

In the case of a cancellation, you must cover the costs of the original and return postage. Your cancellation rights end seven working days after the day on which the goods are delivered.

Privacy

New Zealand Fresh Water Limited respects your privacy. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties. Your email address and delivery address are strictly private and confidential.

Shipping

As some methods of shipping require the goods to be signed for on delivery, please make sure there will be somebody is in to sign for the goods.

Customs Duties & Taxes
